To use Prostreet, you must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account, you represent that you are legally allowed to use our Platform and are capable of entering into a binding agreement.

• Track gameplay statistics, receive MVP votes, and earn badges

• Connect and chat with other players

• Organise and advertise games

Prostreet does not handle venue bookings directly. Users are expected to confirm their own venue access unless otherwise specified. We do not guarantee the availability or condition of any venue.

3. Beta Disclaimer

This is a beta version of Prostreet. You may encounter bugs, incomplete features, or data errors. We reserve the right to change or remove features without notice. Your data may be reset or modified during testing. Participation in the beta is at your own risk.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Platform for lawful purposes only

• Provide accurate information in your profile and game listings

• Respect others both in-game and in app interactions

• Avoid hate speech, bullying, harassment, or spam

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user who violates these terms or our community guidelines.

5. Organisers and Listings

Organisers are responsible for:

• Ensuring any game listed is legitimate and safe

• Accurately describing the game type, skill level, and requirements

• Managing participants respectfully and fairly

Users join games at their own risk. Prostreet does not vet or endorse organisers.

6. Compliments, Ratings, and MVP Voting

Users can rate fellow players, vote for MVPs, and give compliments. These should be used constructively. Inappropriate or abusive content may be removed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prostreet is not responsible for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage incurred while participating in or travelling to/from games

• Conflicts between users or organisers

• Booking errors or misrepresented games

Use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content created by Prostreet are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms during the beta phase. We’ll aim to notify users of major changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
